We envision a world where youth are the catalysts for positive change, driving economic growth and social innovation in their communities.

Challenges in Uganda

Addressing Youth Unemployment and Education Gaps

In Uganda, the youth face daunting challenges, with unemployment rates soaring and educational opportunities scarce. This situation is particularly dire for young girls and women, who make up a significant portion of the unemployed. The lack of access to quality education and skills training leaves many young people without the means to secure stable employment. Our Level Up Program is designed to tackle these issues head-on, providing targeted support and resources to help youth transition into meaningful careers.

Empowering Youth for a Brighter Future

Level Up Program: Bridging the Gap

The Level Up program is designed to equip out-of-school adolescents and youth with the skills and opportunities needed to transition into meaningful employment. By focusing on innovation and impact, the program aims to address the educational and employment challenges faced by young people in Uganda, particularly in marginalized communities.

Through a series of structured boot camps and mentorship sessions, participants are guided to develop innovative business ideas and social innovations. This initiative not only aims to create job opportunities but also to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency among the youth.
